The advisory service is a "I do it with you" model where I provide strategic guidance, frameworks, and feedback while your team handles the implementation. Both options include regular strategy sessions; however, the consultancy model involves more hands-on work and deliverables. The right choice depends on your team's capacity and the complexity of your challenge.

While specific outcomes vary based on your unique challenges, clients typically experience improvements in key metrics like user engagement (20-30% increase), customer retention (15-30% improvement), product development efficiency (30-50% faster time-to-market), and strategic clarity that leads to better decision-making across the organisation.
